As simple as this may seem, this is a very powerful exercise for envisioning your life and what you truly desire in your life.    Take the time to really dream about what this day would be like for you.  Most of all, have fun!

Exercise #1

My Perfect Day

 

Step 1: Relax in a quiet setting, close your eyes, and take a few slow, deep breaths.

Step 2: Imagine your perfect day in your perfect life with your ideal partner.

?Start from getting up in the morning and imagine everything that you do, everything around you, and everything that happens until you go to sleep that night.

?Include activities with your partner and don’t forget the romance. Record what emerges.

? Make sure you incorporate all 5 senses. Bring your perfect day to life with vibrant detail. 

Step 3: Share your Perfect Day with your partner and coach.

Step 4: Identify the gap between where you are now and your perfect day.

?What actions do you need to take to achieve your perfect day?

?What changes do you need to make in your attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors?

Step 5: Share with your coach and partner.

Step 6: Write down any questions or areas in which you are experiencing difficulty to discuss with your Sailing Happily Ever After Coaches.
