The Stress-Reducing Conversation

Couples struggle to connect on an every day basis.  Having a Stress-Reducing Conversation at the end of the day helps a relationship on so many levels.  1.  It helps us build our “Love Maps”  2. It Helps us “Turn Toward Instead of Away” and it creates a daily ritual to “Build Shared Meaning.”  These are three basic principles of “Making Marriage Work.”
